When you want a simple way to perform simple banking tasks

Sometimes banking tasks need to be done on the fly. Forgot to transfer funds between accounts? Need to quickly check a balance? Maybe logging into e-Branch isn’t convenient at the check out line.

The good news is, text banking is quick and simple. Text a few short commands to 454545 to perform a number of tasks:

BAL - Find out the current and available balance of an account

LAST - View your last five transactions

BAL ALL - Check current balances on all your linked MIT FCU accounts

TRANS - Transfer funds from a designated account, to the primary account used for Text Banking

Text Alerts

Never get caught with a negative balance again. You can set up alerts to let you know if your balance drops below a certain threshold. Then you can transfer money as needed using the TRANS command.
