Getting Fit - Physically, Mentally, and Financially
So, it’s that time of the year, the holidays are over and New Year’s resolutions have been made. You’re probably thinking of ways to get back on track with a healthy eating plan, and an exercise routine you can stick to. While some people may dread starting a new routine, it doesn’t have to be a bad thing. It’s time to kick start a healthier way of living!
Does “getting healthy” sound like it’s just about eating well balanced meals and exercising? I’m here to tell you, it’s much more than that. It also includes your outlook on life, your relationships, managing stress, alcohol consumption, etc. Establishing a routine means laying out a plan, taking steps to establish small goals, being consistent, and celebrating all the wins along the way. Make sure that you track your progress and try to make the next three months fun while creating a new routine in the process.
Below are a few of the topics that we will cover:
- Screening tests – Which Ones Should You Consider?

- Benefits of a Healthy Lifestyle
- My Top 4 Tips to Managing Stress
- How to Create a Daily Routine in 5 Steps
- Choosing an Indoor Bike
- The Benefits of Exercise
- What are the Benefits of a Good Night's Sleep
Each week I’ll elaborate, on the topics listed above, with quick, digestible information (calorie free of course!) that you can apply to your life and hopefully create new positive habits.
